[WEB] Request Custom Reports Print

Outreach Grid provides system-wide reports through our Reports Tool. Please see the article: Reports: Accessing Reports” on how to generate those reports.


As the importance of data varies by agency, there may be reports that have not yet been built out on Outreach Grid.

To request a custom report, click on the downward carrot at the top right corner of your window and select "Settings."

On the Settings page, select “Request Technical Assistance".


You'll be redirected to the Techincal Assistance Request page where you can request a custom report and view the status of any reports you've requested to be built out on Outreach Grid.


To request a custom report, fill out the form with the appropriate details and submit your request.


Please note that requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Building out custom reports may take 2+ weeks before they are made available on the reports page. Once we've built out the report, you will receive an email notification that your report is available to use on our Reports page.
