Reports are accessible by activating the "CSV Data Export" integration or by accessing via the "Export Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports" button.
To access reports, click on the down arrow next to your notification bell on the top right of the page. You'll be redirected to the Reports page and see a list of connected and available integrations.
If you do not have the “Export CSV Data” integration connected, please activate it in the “Available Integrations” section below. The integration will appear once the page has been refreshed.
Select the connected integrations by clicking on the green "Export CSV Data" button.
Once on the reports page, you will be able to set reports for regular, daily, or weekly use by clicking on the "Generate Report" button and setting your date parameters. You can also set reports to be run daily or weekly.
After you've submitted the report request, you will receive an email notification once it's available for download.
To download your available reports, click on "Export CSV Data" on the Reports page. Then click on the "Available Reports" tab to view and download all of your reports.
Downloading PIT Survey Responses
After a PIT Event is complete, PIT administrators can download their raw CSVs of the responses collected for each PIT Survey.
On the CSV Data Export page, click on "Available Reports" and scroll down to download PIT survey responses under "Event Surveys".
