When your account is created on Outreach Grid, it is subscribed to every notification that has been configured for your environment. You will be notified through the web app, email, and on the iOS app for certain push notifications.
To view all of your notifications, click on the yellow bell on the top right of the page and click on "Notifications" or "View All".
You will see all of your notifications and if you click on one, it’ll redirect you to the page of what the notification is about.
To subscribe or unsubscribe to certain notifications, click on "Settings".
Here, you will see a list of notifications that you have been subscribed to. You can choose to unsubscribe both the email notification and the notification itself, or just one of them by toggling on or off.
New notifications may be added to the platform as updates to the platform are made.
