Training materials for both the web app and iOS User App are available on your local Outreach Grid Network.

This article will cover how to access training materials on the:

On Web App:

The web app training modules cover: 
 These modules will help with:

  • Getting Acquainted: Logging In, Password Reset
  • Getting Acquainted With the Platform
  • Client Management
  • Camp Management
  • Incidents
  • Shelter Management
  • Shelter Reservations
  • Notifications Management
  • Reports: Accessing and Requesting

The iOS User App training modules cover:

  • Getting Acquainted: Downloading User App, Finding Your Environment, Logging In
  • Client Management
  • Camp Management
  • Incidents
  • Shelter Reservations
  • Notifications

To access the training modules, log on to your Outreach Grid account on the browser.

 Access your Account page by clicking on your name on the Navigation Bar.

Click on "Training Modules" and you will see a list of training videos.

These videos are intended to help new users get acquainted to the platform or for users who need a refresher. The Training Modules page is continually being updated with new training materials.

 This page will be updated when the iOS training videos and additional training material are available.

On iOS User App:

To access training materials while on the iOS User App, tap on “Dashboard” on the navigation bar located at the bottom of your screen.

Select “Help Center.”

A list of documentation from the Help Center will appear. These are guides that provide step-by-step explanations for both the web app and iOS User App.

Like the Training Modules Page, the Help Center documentation list is continually being updated with new material. You can revisit these at any time, if you are in need of a refresher.
