Finding Your Environment

 

Every Outreach Grid Network is a representative of a region — either a Continuum of Care, a city, a county, or a jurisdiction that your agency covers.


Once you have opened the app and have responded to the prompts, you will be taken to the login screen for the iOS User App.

This is where choosing your environment comes into play, as we have several environments. It will normally pick the location nearest to you. To make sure you are in the correct region, make sure the environment you are logging into is the correct environment.


Once you have selected your environment, you will be returned to the main screen with an updated environment. The gray button on the bottom of the screen allows you to contact support or look at documentation from the help center. Tap the button twice for a more detailed view of the options.


Logging In

Tap “Log In” and log in with your email and password. You can also the use Touch ID/Face ID option if you have already have it set. If you have forgotten your password, please head over to your local Outreach Grid Network on the browser and select “Forgot My Password” to receive an email to reset your password.
